Submission Guidelines
Submission Deadline: July 15, 2010
Papers from all areas of the discipline are welcome.
All papers are blind reviewed. Author’s name, institution, or references pertaining to the identity of the author must be removed from the paper, abstract, notes, and bibliography. Submitted papers are not returned to authors.
Please submit:
1. One copy of the paper. The text must not exceed 3,000 words; papers exceeding the length requirement will not be considered. The word count does not include the bibliography or notes. Papers should take no longer than 30 minutes to present.
2. One copy of an abstract. The submission must include an abstract with a maximum of 200 words.
3. Title or cover page, which must include: A) title; B) word count for the paper; C) author’s contact information. If you are submitting your paper electronically, please exclude this information from your submission, but include it in the body of your message.
To submit, please either:
- E-mail an electronic version. The body of your message must include your name, title of the paper, word count for the paper, and your contact information. MS-Word, OpenOffice, plain text, and PDF electronic submissions will be accepted.
- Mail or fax one copy of your paper with a separate title or cover page which must include your name, title of the paper, word count for the paper, and your contact information.
Electronic submissions are preferred.
Individuals interested in commenting on papers should contact the Chair (Ish Haji) by
September 1, 2010.
Speakers and commentators will most likely be asked to chair an adjacent session.
